Can I transfer podcasts from my iPhone, back to iTunes?

I have over 50 comedy podcasts on my iPhone 5, but a few months ago I mistakenly deleted them from my iTunes account. They are no longer available to download off the web. I have tried a couple of programs claiming to be able to relist them in my iTunes account but neither worked. I am really hoping someone has a master plan to help, as I would love to have them safe on my PC again and I am now too scared to plug my iPhone into my PC in case they are exterminated.
